Yarn dyed washed cotton involves the washing of the fabric at 95°C three times, followed by treatment by a high-temperature dryer. This process results in a slight wrinkle feeling, softer fabric color, and excellent hand feel. The fabric is soft, invariable, does not fade, does not pill, and does not shrink after washing. Our high-quality long staple cotton yarn ensures delicate, soft, comfortable, durable, and high-density fabric.

In contrast, low-end dyed washed cotton is not yarn-dyed and has a tendency to fade. This type of fabric is made with low-end cotton yarn and has a rough texture, poor body feel, and low durability. Additionally, it is easily damaged after repeated washing.
